How Lomen handles your data, in language you can actually audit.

Who is responsible for your data

Lomen Analytics can be reached at micromacka@outlook.com. We are the controller of the data you give Lomen directly: your account and anything you send us. For the traffic data the Lomen script collects on your website, Lomen processes it on your behalf, and you are the controller towards your own visitors.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, a profile picture and nickname if you add them, and your settings), the website domains you add, the pageview data our script sends from your site, what you connect yourself (revenue figures from a payment provider), bug reports you send, and error reports when something breaks. The tracking script sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no fingerprint. By default it stores nothing in the visitor’s browser: a returning visit is counted once a day from an anonymous key that changes daily. A customer can opt in to one random token in the visitor’s browser instead, and that token holds nothing that identifies them.

How we use it

To run the service: recording pageviews, computing your figures, answering your Lomen AI questions, sending the emails you switch on and, once paid plans exist, billing. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising.

Legal bases

For users in the EEA and the UK we rely on our agreement with you to run the service, and on legitimate interest for security and error reports.

Service providers

Lomen runs on other companies’ services, which process data for us: Lovable, the platform Lomen is built and hosted on (with Cloudflare and Supabase underneath), which also receives error reports; Resend, which sends our emails; Google, whose Gemini model writes Lomen AI’s answers from aggregated figures; and Stripe, for payments once paid plans exist. While Lomen uses Google’s free tier, Google may use what is sent to Gemini to improve its own services. Our security overview describes what is sent where.

Retention

Pageview data is kept while your account exists. Removing a site deletes its pageview history straight away. When an account is deleted, its sites, pageviews and settings are deleted from the database; copies can remain in our providers’ backups until those expire. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can delete a site and its pageview history yourself at any time, and download your dashboard figures as CSV. To have your account deleted, or to ask what personal data we hold about you, email micromacka@outlook.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Where data is processed

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and storage on this site

Lomen uses no cookies for tracking. Our own site only stores what signing in needs, and settings such as theme and language that you choose yourself. We do not load third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts; fonts are served by us, and profile pictures from Google are fetched through our own server. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Security and incidents

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. If we discover a personal data breach that affects your account, we will tell you and report it to the authorities where the law requires it. Report vulnerabilities to micromacka@outlook.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
