Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Lomen.

Free beta
Lomen is free while it is in beta. Paid plans may be introduced at any time, and nobody is charged without choosing one. See Fees and billing below.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Lomen. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the websites you install the tracking snippet on, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another account's data, probe or overload the service, resell access without a written agreement, or use Lomen to process data you have no right to process. Do not install the Lomen snippet on sites directed at children under 16 or on sites that distribute unlawful content.
The beta
Lomen is in a public beta. Features can be added, changed or removed at any time, and things may sometimes break.
Fees and billing
Lomen is free during the beta. We may end the beta, introduce paid plans, change prices, or change what the free plan includes, at any time. You are only charged if you choose a paid plan yourself: the price and billing period are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. A paid plan renews each period until you cancel it, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refunded.
Service availability
Lomen is provided as it is. We do not promise any particular uptime, and pageviews are only recorded while the tracking snippet is installed and reachable on your site.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your traffic data or the figures derived from it. You can download your figures as CSV from the dashboard, and delete a site and its history at any time.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
Lomen's metrics and AI insights are informational and provided without warranty. They are not financial, tax or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Lomen at any time: remove the snippet, delete your sites, or email us to have your account deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop the service. We may update these terms, and the date above shows when they last changed. If a change affects a paid plan you are on, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, so you can cancel if you do not accept it.
